Meet Jane Wright. Jane has
been crafting concrete garden art for the last ten years. She got her
start years ago when she searched for the perfect stepping stones for
her garden. To her dismay, Jane couldn’t find
the quality or design she desired. From there she learned the art of sand
casting, and her craft flourished. Jane finds inspiration in nature, and
she strives to create pieces that blend seamlessly into your garden. Her
absolute favorite piece is a sundial she’s placed in the front of
her home. It took her a month and a half to complete, and people approach
her all the time to buy it. “I handpicked all the stained glass in
this piece. It is very nature-inspired, with dragonflies, flowers, and
frogs in a cool blue palette. “I’ve had many offers for it,
but it’s not for sale,” she says. You can, however, visit River
Place Mercantile to choose a unique piece from her wide, varied collection.
You will not find garden art like Jane’s in any other store. Most
of her pieces are originals. Others she hand-casts from molds she buys
from all over the world. Jane also takes custom orders, so don’t
be afraid to approach her and let her know what special look you desire
for your garden! Mouse over an image below to view Jane's work. Contact
